What this is

An 8-week programme where you bring Alea, an adaptive AI tutor, into your own teaching, with real support from our team the whole way. In practice, it looks like this:

• Your students practise on Alea. It meets each one exactly where they are, in K-12 math or in English and ESL, and adapts as they go. The ones racing ahead keep moving; the ones who are stuck finally get patient, one-to-one practice you could never give thirty children at once.
• You stay the teacher. Alea takes the repetitive drilling off your plate and shows you, at a glance, where every student actually is. You decide what to teach and who needs you next.
• We set you up and stay with you. A short onboarding, a private group, fast help when you need it, and clear guides written for teachers.
• Together we turn your classroom into a story. By the end you will have a real case study of what changed for your students, and a credential to show for it.

Why it matters

Every teacher knows the same impossible math. One of you, thirty of them, and every child needs something different at the same moment. There is only so much of you to go around.

Done right, AI can finally change that. Not by replacing you, which is the version everyone fears, but by giving every student the personalised practice a good tutor would, so you are freed for the part only a teacher can do.

Most ‘AI in education’ is hype, or it quietly pushes the teacher aside. Alea was built by a teacher, for the classroom, with the teacher in charge. This programme is how we prove it works, in real classrooms, with a first group of educators who help shape it and get the credit for being first.
